I have extensive brand development and design experience. As Brand Director for Belcampo I conceived, developed and launched a complete brand vision for Belcampo which is comprised of 8 butcher shop restaurants across California and an exclusive twenty-room luxury eco-resort in Belize. This work included the launch of numerous Organic Sustainable CPG products for Belcampo Meat Co. including Belcampo by Mario Batali. 

As Vice President of Brand at Munchery, I created a new brand platform for creative marketing and content. I also initiated a packaging redesign to reduce costs and allow for better out of box experience. As an eater, drinker, designer and brand strategist, I am most excited by the dialogue generated at the intersection between consumer, product and brand in the world of lifestyle, food and drink.
